Personal Training (physical activity) Program
This often a great complementary tool to assist my individual coaching clients who have body composition change, fat loss/muscle gain, improved physical performance or improved health behaviour goals. Programming is completely customized to your lifestyle, goals, body type, amount of dedicated time & fitness level. I check in with you weekly to to assist with any barriers you may be experiencing as well as share any wins you're having along the way.
