A bit about me..

Qualifications & Experience

I have always had a fascination with the way the human mind works. Why do we think or behave the way we do? And as I've grown older, I've started to grow an immense passion for learning how best to utilize the power of the mind for optimal human perfornance.

I completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and work as a provisional psychologist. I undertook research within the field of compensatory health beliefs in people who participated in regular exercise. Alongside studying at university, I also completed Certificate III & IV in fitness and worked as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and gym manager. I then went onto sharing my knowledge by becoming a coach and assessor for students undertaking their fitness courses. 

My interest group in health promotion from a broader community perspective, which led me to complete a Master of Public Health degree. Working in mental health from a systems perspective has equipped me with a broad range of knowledge and expertise in the field.
